Hi! Looking for a roommate for a two bedroom/two bathroom unit in Torrance (90501). Fairly new unit. My former roommate and I were the first tenants two years ago. It is furnished with a couch, kitchen table, and TV. Facility has 24-hr gym, pool, and sun deck as free amenities. Conveniently close by the 110, CVS, and good restaurants.
