Tenant must be a professional, clean and abide by house rules..month to month agreement. But tenant is required to a minimum stay of one year. Room has a bed, refrigerator and microwave. A private bath and private entrance. Property is close to shopping and restaurants. 2 other tenants live in the house and is very professional, respectful and clean. Tenant must be employed and work at least 5 days per week. No working from home. Proof of employment is required.
