Bedroom2 Details: Large first-floor bedroom with private bath and private backyard access. Room is 15’x16’, dark tile floors, closet, standing shower, 23’x11’ backyard, and first room at home and garage entrance (easy move-in/move-out access). The house is completely furnished, except for the room being rented. (Room could be furnished for an additional cost.)
Rent: Rent would be $800/month, plus utilities cost split 3 ways evenly between renters. Utilities include ATT internet/cable, electricity, gas, water, trash, and maid service every other Monday. A security deposit of half a month's rent, $400.
House/Community Description: House located in the Greater Heights/Shady Acres area. 3Bedroom/3 ½ Bath, 2700 SF, 2 car garage, gated community (with vehicle and pedestrian gate codes), on higher elevation, outside flood zone, detention pond for the community for rains. All brand new stainless steel appliances, gas stove, large fridge with ice/water, and washer/dryer. 1st floor has Bedroom2 for rent with private bathroom, private backyard, and garage. The shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath space are on the 2nd floor. There are currently 2 renters (engineer male 32 in Master bedroom and engineer male 30 in Bedroom3) each renting a bedroom with private bathrooms on the 3rd floor. The 4th floor is a guest room if needed, just ask ahead of time. There’s also a rooftop patio area, gas grill, wet bar, and wine fridge on the 4th floor.
Neighborhood Area: Great and safe neighborhood inside the NW corner of 610. Across the street there’s a church, park, and plenty of street guest parking. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of walking or driving distance. Places like La Hacienda, Chipotle, Whataburger, Chick-fil-A, Crisp, Raising Canes, Halal Guys, Gatlin’s BBQ, Tecate Mexican, Hughie’s Tavern, Petrol Station, Cedar Creek, Cottonwood, Eureka Brewery, Karbach Brewing, The Boot, McIntyres, Drift, Bungalow Heights, Wicklow Heights, Cavatore, Barking Pig, Kings BierHaus, EggHaus, Tea and Victory, New Magnolia Brewery, Greater Heights Brewery, Walking Stick Brewery, and much more. Downtown, Galleria/Uptown, and Midtown are about 10-12 minutes away and IAH and HOU airport are about 20 minutes. Easy Highway 610 access to get to 290, I-10, I-45, Hardy Toll, and I-59. Close to Bike/Running trail White Oak Bayou Greenway Trail and connects to Heights Hike and Bike Trail.
