Room description
As in all of California a car is essential. There are alternate choices Uber, yellow cab and buses. The room is 99 Sq ft or 9.2 Sq meters. We share the whole house including the kitchen. Everything is included in the price, no supprise extra charges. The washer and dryer are in the house and you have a full size refrigerator for yourself. The closet is small but adequate for the right person, Property is approximately 45 minutes from the ocean. I personally would not want to swim in it because of pollution.
