Air conditioner for summer for an additional $50 a month. I added a small microwave and coffee maker to the room as well. you can see the pictures on the ad. The Apt is in my sister's apt so she will be your landlord. I am doing the add here because her English is limited.

The apt internet access. (Wi-Fi) .

You can move anytime!

The Apt is very clean!

The neighborhood is Inwood near the A & 1 trains the train stop is Dyckman about Inwood. Its northern Manhattan if you look at a subway map look for Dyckman Street on either the A train or 1 train, however the A train station is closest to the apt (3 blocks away) It's a very safe quiet neighborhood and lots of cheap restaurants and plenty of diversity but very safe.

About Inwood it's basically northern Manhattan 20 minutes from midtown and 30 minutes from downtown on the A train that runs express all the time. There is also an Express bus that stops at 207.

Laguardia Airport: 20 minutes by cab without traffic

JFK Airport: 35 minutes by cab without traffic

Times Square: 33 minutes by subway

Wall Street / Financial District: 44 minutes by subway

Understand that there are two distinct sides of Inwood with Broadway dividing peaceful living with an a bit more loud to the east of Broadway.

Target is an easy walk up into the Bronx across the Harlem River. There is the Farmer's Market every Saturday on Isham St. Inwood Hill Park is absolutely beautiful and for the most part safe.

For being in Manhattan and the apartments are much larger than downtown.

Broadway between 207th Street and 218th Street has recently sprung up with some great, trendy eating spots, coffee houses including a Starbucks at a 5 min walk and wine bars. The west side of Broadway is great for young families, professionals and singles.
