The bathroom boasts a jaquizzi tub, separate shower and toilet room. The large walk in closet can also be used as a room for a small child. All utilities are included in the rental price; gas, water, garbage, electricity, internet and cable. There is parking along the driveway. Kitchen, Living room, dining room and outdoor spaces will be shared by all tenants.
