Room available in shared Somerville 4-bedroom apartment beginning at the start of the lease on September 1st (ends on August 31st, 2021). Room will be unfurnished at start of lease.
A later move in date between Sept 1st and Oct. 1st can also be arranged.
Rent is $855/month plus utilities (water is included). The deposit is one month of rent. Looking for people interested in staying for the full lease term with an option to renew the following year.
Our apartment is a LGBTQ+ friendly space.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
The apartment is centrally located. Minutes away from several bus lines and within walking distance of Union, Inman, Harvard, and Central squares. 8 minutes away from the gorgeous Cambridge Public Library. A five-minute walk away from the Somerville Market Basket, a Walgreens, and a Whole Foods.
COMMON SPACES + AMENITIES
Common areas include 1 kitchen, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. Coin-op laundry and storage space in the basement. Kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Excellent back porch overlooking a park. Street parking available.
No smoking. No pets.
Your housemates would be three working professionals in their mid-20’s (3F).
R1 - A dedicated nerd working in the book business. Proud parent to a small army of plants.
R2 - An outdoor-lover who works in nonprofits, loves to cook, and read on our porch watching my tomatoes grow. Is the best skier on the mountain.
R3 - A software engineer who loves dancing.
The house tends to be pretty quiet in the evenings, though we do enjoy chatting in the kitchen while cooking and the occasional movie night. We are respectful of each other’s things/privacy and we like to work together to keep the common spaces clean (sharing chores, doing dishes promptly, etc.).
GETTING IN TOUCH
