Looking for a clean renter!
Up for rent is a single room with its own unattached bathroom. The home is located in the heart of Wadley within short walking distance of both Main Street and Southern Union. Water, electric, and WiFi bills will be split 50/50. The living room, kitchen, and laundry, which is inconveniently located in the basement, will be shared with the home owner (me).
A little about me. I am a blue collar guy in my mid 20s some would call a workaholic. If I’m home I’m probably doing a small project around the house. Otherwise I’m just there to eat and sleep
