My husband and I are quiet people. We live in a nice quiet area and our neighbors are all friendly and kind. We are a working married couple who values clean, respectful, and peaceful home. The household is generally quiet. We are mindful of shared spaces. We are friendly and happy to chat, but also respect each other’s privacy and personal time. We are looking for a respectful, responsible tenant who will help maintain a clean and friendly living environment.
I will post pictures of bedroom after current tenant moves out and bedroom is cleaned and organized. You will have a furnished bedroom with closet and dresser. For the most part the bathroom would be yours. We have 2 1/2 baths in the house total. The furnished basement which is finished would be mostly for your use as well. . We have a refrigerator which you can use downstairs in the furnished area. As you can see by the pictures, this is a nice living space for you. You have access to the washer and dryer.
