Hello! I am looking to relet one of the bedrooms in a 3-bedroom apartment located at the cottages of Boone ASAP. I am experiencing financial difficulties, but otherwise, this location is great. It is in proximity to App State and has the Teal Bus come to the High Pointe Cottages stop 2. There are 2 cats in the house, and my bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed/frame, a dresser, a nightstand, and a desk. The rent is 1095/monthly baseline, excluding utilities and furniture rent. Electricity usually costs 30 dollars monthly per tenant, and furniture costs 15 dollars monthly.
