Rooms for rent in an Orcutt house AVAILABLE NOW! We are seeking housemates who are considerate, clean, responsible, value a peaceful home and operate well in a shared environment with clear boundaries.
Additional rooms available:
-Downstairs bedroom is pet-friendly $1400 per month ($1600 for couple).
-2nd upstairs bedroom is cat-friendly (furnished) $1100 per month.
All rooms have bathroom/kitchen/living room/laundry/backyard access. Half bathroom downstairs, full shared bathroom upstairs. Street parking available. Garage parking available at an additional cost. Monthly rent includes all utilities, high speed WiFi, toilet paper and hand soap. All rooms are freshly painted.
We are located between the Union Valley/Clark Ave freeway exits, close to Chevron gas, Grocery Outlet, and other stores. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly.
-No smoking of any kind
-No overnight visitors, parties or large gatherings, unless approved at least 24hrs prior
-Quiet hours observed
Verifiable income/work history, references required. Initial cost: 1st month's rent + deposit (equal to half of monthly rent).
