Private studio. Includes utilities, laundry, wi-fi, and furnished with bed, and tv. Kitchen with full fridge, microwave and double hotplate. It's a basement in a nice area with 0.34 acres, within 10 mins from many things. It's across the street from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

Looking for someone who sleeps at nite and not in and out walking around the property in middle of the nite.

Also, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, and no obnoxious and loud drinkers.

I prefer an elderly person who's past the dating hang out loud on the phone activities.

Move in with 960 1st month plus $240 security, for a total of $1200 or

Move in with $240 1st week plus $240 security for a total of $480.
