Room description
This is a 55+ resort community. It is River Bend Resort. The Property Owner Association Board of Directors reads the rules to indicate that I may not have a roommate younger than 55. I believe this is a blatant misreading of the rules. The rule indicates that one person on the property must be over 55.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, chester drawers, and a night stand. The shared areas are the kitchen, living room, and garage. There is some space for storing your things.
Included are electric, water, and wifi.
