MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND CHECK DONE, BEFORE PARTY CAN BE APPROVED. RENT IS $650 A MONTH. ALL OTHER BILLS EXCEPT FOR ACCESS TO INTERNET, IS COVERED BY HOMEOWNER. EXAMPLE: WATER, ELECTRIC, GAS, IS COVERED BY THE OWNER OF THE HOME. BUT, INTERNET IS NOT. IF YOU MAKE OUT OF COUNTRY PHONE CALLS, THAT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER. We simply are offering a room for rent. Like it was a room for your own child. It's a home. Not just a place to sleep and don't bother me. It's a home for people that are over 50, and know family.

Friendly environment, your privacy is honored, you have space to put your food, we all share everything (fridge, freezer, etc.), there's a washer and dryer, we have 1 renter now, he has lived here 20 years. The other gentleman lived here 25 years and decided to move to his relatives. The neighbors like everyone, you have access to many activities; such as tennis, exercising, and there's a free swimming pool close by. People live here for a long time, and Rosco lived here until he passed away. People live here a long time, because we're very friendly, and we like each other. I do all the cleaning of the house, and the yard. But, you do your own cooking, clean your own dishes, and own laundry. If you want to have a small family gathering, let me know, and I will set that day just for you. You get fresh linen every 2 weeks, and you can come and go as you please. We would love to have you. By the way, please be clean cut, willing to share with other renters, and must be willing to be sociable. It's a home within a home. If you want to smoke, please do so outside. No narcotics of any kind, unless prescribed by a doctor (physical paperwork proof needed). If you want an occasional glass of wine, or beer, that is acceptable. But, no heavy drinking. Unacceptable. No big parties, but we have Happy Birthdays and friends that come to visit once in a while. No firearms/weapons or violence of any kind. No profanity. Your room is your room. I will change your linen twice a month and provide you with fresh towels every two weeks. Always be respectful to everyone and your visitors, too. I had difficulty once with bedbugs, and I don't want them back. If you ever plan on having a personal private partner, please go to a motel. The house shares not only the two renters, but my niece, two cats and two birds. But will not interfere with your peace of mind. Must recycle.
