I’m a 44 years old dad, straight man, raising a 12 years old son, I’m trying to be a dad figure. This is a family oriented lifestyle home. Social drinker, I don’t smoke, I don’t use heavy drugs. I like to keep my space clean I’m very detail oriented.
I work in the Car industry, clean, respectful, laid-back but responsible.I’m a neat freak I have an intense desire for things to be extremely clean, orderly, and organized? I cook quite often.
It's a relaxed and respectful living environment. I occasionally host, but we keep things quiet and don't bring the party home.
During my free time, l like to hike, explore LA, read, films, listen to music, jogging, ride my BMX, I love to be active and exercise.
Ideally looking for mature, clean, responsible, social and easygoing roommate who is down to share a calm, good-energy home. Okay with shared common areas, stable income, that would like to build a causal friendship and we could respect each other's boundaries, you don't have to worry about me having multiple peoplev over throughout the week.
-Always pay rent on before the first of each month
-Loud noise is ok, just be mindful of roommates and communicate etc
-No smoking allowed indoors
-drinking is ok, hard drugs NOT ok
-Overnight Guests are OK but not everyday :)
-Kitchen must be clean at ALL times, NO dishes allowed in the sink
-Stovetop must be wiped clean after every use
-Bathroom must be cleaned every so often, No mold or buildup in the sink/toilet/shower
No pets (Maybe could be consider a small one),
