This is a Bedroom and Bathroom for rent on a nice quiet street in a nice home . I have a cat who is clean and friendly , and is a Hypoallergenic Breed.
No garage space , but plenty of huge driveway parking. Spacious home well furnished. I keep a Clean House and so will you ! I like to cook , so there will always be something to eat in the house . Large front yard , stays mowed .
Backyard with BBQ pit.... patio furniture, gardens
Front yard is landscaped , but I like help sometimes if you live here.
I am a professional and business owner. My days start at 4 am . I go to bed early. No parties , no friend sleepovers . No drugs , No Smoking
