I have large size room for rent in city of Rosemead close to corner of mission drive and valley blvd. Location is walking distance to Rosemead Supermarket, park, fitness center, library, bus stop, elementary to high schools, and all sorts of restaurants you would want. Rent includes utility and internet. Washer and dryer on the premise, and you will have access to the bathroom that is close to your room. Room is fully furnished but you are welcome to bring your own bed if you prefer. Plenty of parking on side street in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Room is ideal for working individuals who needs a quiet place to stay. Rent is 890 per month and moving in requires first month's rent plus security deposit in same amount of 890.
