The Space

I have a spacious 1,700 sq ft apartment in Playa Del Rey — three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a ten-minute walk from the beach. One private bedroom is now available.

Your room is approximately 13’ x 13’ with a large closet and plenty of natural light. The bathroom is shared and is a full bath with a tub and shower. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, a comfortable living room, and a real neighborhood feel that’s hard to find in LA.

Two dedicated parking spots in the garage, off-street (you get one)

I’m Nathan — a freelance cinematographer (IATSE Local 600) who also creates motorcycle and cycling content. I’m a calm, low-key roommate. I’m not a partier; I prefer a quieter home life, though I’ll have friends over on rare occasions. I’m 420-friendly as long as a window is open.
