Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious, renovated 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on S. Shenandoah St. I’m moving out of LA for work, so the room is available for a lease assignment or sublease from March 22nd through July 31st.
The Apartment:
Your Room: Large, renovated bedroom with plenty of natural light. There is a sliding door with access to a large balcony facing the street.
Private Bathroom: You’ll have your own full bathroom (not shared!).
Furnished Option: If you need it, I can leave my desk, chair, and bed behind to make it move-in ready.
The Apartment: Modern finishes, updated kitchen, and a spacious layout.
The Cost ($1600- Negotiable):
Utilities Included: WiFi, Gas, Water, and Electric are all covered.
Parking Included: Dedicated tandem parking spot in the building
