Room description
I have a large master bedroom with bathroom attached. This room is for one person with over night guests up to 2 days only. This house comes with kitchen privileges, washer and dryer on site, it's a great opportunity for the right person. All the other 3 roommates are quite and respectful to everyone. This is a 6 month lease with a deposit of $1000.00 plus first month rent to move in. The neighborhood is quite and comfortable.
