THE HOUSE
A clean, two-story home run by a resident manager who lives
on-site and responds fast. Current housemates are working professionals
and graduate students, ages 25–50 — most in tech, healthcare, and
creative fields. Quiet weeknights and everyone respects each other's space.

MOVE-IN
- No security deposit
- No credit check (background check + references required)
- Tour and secure your room by May 31, and we'll waive the $500 move-in fee
