Room description
A beautiful, fully furnished room ,The apartment has just been renovated and just rented two rooms out and one room still available out of the three rooms. The room is furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, 2 desks and chairs (all new). It is sunny and bright and absolutely quiet area.
The rental fee is a flat rate 1,100USD per month and Security deposits 1,200USD . The price for all utilities are included: Wireless Internet flat rate, cable TV, heating, electricity, water. Own phone and underground parking are optional. One month deposit should I ask for the furniture, unfortunately the apartment is high quality and modern. This is all it takes: fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, microwave, telephone, broadband (WLAN) flat rate, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, iron and ironing board etc. The bathroom has a tub and shower. Toilet is separately.
Just bring your suitcase, and withdrawn. The apartment is located in a quiet side street near the subway station with lots of shopping (Rewe, Plus, dm, bakeries). with its many restaurants, cafes and bars in a few minutes away on foot. The university is about 5 minutes, about 2 minutes to the center ...but we are looking for anyone who is very sociable and do us a cheerful and open-minded open-minded roommate or a roommate between the ages of 18 and 55.Rent includes all the usual amenities. c
