About Me: Hi! I’m Nisha, 18 going on 19, quiet and responsible. I work and go to college, and I’m looking for a low-stress place to live. I enjoy writing, gaming, and animals.
Lifestyle:
Non-smoker / Non-drinker (I don’t mind if others do).
Respectful of everyone’s space, but happy to share meals or cook occasionally.
Can bring my own tools/appliances (cookware, etc.).
Tolerant and accepting of many lifestyles; very hard to make me uncomfortable.
LGBTQ+ friendly / Animal friendly—will possibly spoil anyone’s pets.
Looking For:
Roommates who are responsible, clean, and respectful.
Safe and stable environment.
Flexible move-in (2–3 weeks from now preferably, but can move in sooner).
Budget around $400/month due to college. (I am looking for a better paying job.)
Extras:
Open to teaming up with other new roommates.
Prefer places near Tomball / Lone Star campus.
Love cooking/baking and can cook for everyone if I have the time and ingredients on hand.
Not afraid of reptiles, snakes, birds, or any other exotic/weird animals. Favorite exotic: opossums, because they’re like a mix of cat and rat and a medical mystery!
