My name is Xabier. I am an engineer with +700 credit score and I am looking for a cheap room (about 25% of my salary), so as you can see, I won't have any problem paying the rent. I usually work from 7 am to 5 pm and go back home after working put at the gym, so I spend most of my time at home. I like clean houses and I would like to have quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, at least.
