Hey!! We have a room available on December 1st in a 4-bedroom duplex in Highland Park!

Private roof deck with great views of the area, including a partial view of downtown

Shared/tandem parking available, plus street parking
Utilities average about $100 a month
Location:
Highland Park, walkable to the bars and restaurants on Figueroa St
A Sprouts Farmers Market is opening soon across the street!
Household:
We're three working professionals (two in entertainment, one in music and journalism). We're easygoing and like to keep the shared spaces clean.
Note: The living room is already fully furnished, so space is limited. If you have a small couch, we're happy to work it in.
