Near Edison Train Station (about 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes walk, shuttle is available for an extra fee)

About the room: Middle room is available for rent. It is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, a drawer, and a desk. You will be sharing the bathroom with another roommate (Rebecca), and we are sharing the washer/dryer, kitchen and common areas. Total rent is $3325/month, You will be paying $1,060/month. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOESN’T INCLUDE UTILITIES, WHICH ARE SHARED. The utilities typically range between $100-150/person depending on usage but we have been trying to be frugal with the AC and heat.
No deposit fee - that’s been taken care of by me (Kezia). However, our lease ends at the end of August so we’re looking for someone who can commit to staying here until it’s up for renewal. We can revisit our lease arrangement when that time comes.
About us
We're looking for a respectful, communicative and tidy female roommate around our age who is willing to share chores for the common area and contribute to shared cleaning supplies. We prefer a professional working full-time at this time. You will be sharing this apartment with 2 other roommates, Kezia (30F) and Rebecca (28F).
Kezia: I'm a tidy, respectful and trustworthy roomie! I work from home, so for most of the day I'll be at my room and won't be a bother to you. Will leave you alone if you like to keep to yourself, but if you're social I'm pretty chatty and friendly! I love tidiness, I always clean up after myself and I would expect my roommates to do the same :) If you have a sweet tooth, or love to eat in general, you're in luck - I love to cook and bake and I'm always happy to share my creations. I'm also an active individual - I train at a local martial arts school and I go swimming at least once a week. Weather permitting I love to go for a hike as well, if you'd like to join one of my hikes I'd love to have you along!
Rebecca: I like to think I’m generally pretty respectful and reliable to live with. I work out of the house five days a week, and I tend to keep to myself, though I am always down for a chat. I try to keep my mess down and I clean things regularly. I like baking, crochet, and reading. I try to go for regular walks, and I don’t mind having company along. I’m looking forward to meeting a good roommate who can work well with us.
