Looking for a clean and quiet roommate to share a 3BR/2BA stunning penthouse condo near the Medical District. The condo has 12 foot ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors with plenty of space. Your large furnished bedroom has dimmed controlled lighting, 50 inch plasma t.v., dresser, book shelf, table, chair, queen size bed with plenty of closet space. The kitchen has granite counter tops, high end stainless steel appliances and every gadget you will need to make a wonderful meal. The spacious living room has a leather couch bed, wine rack, dining room table with chairs, gas fireplace, balcony with a gas grill and plenty of spaces to sit down and relax. You will have your own private bathroom and there is a long hallway that has a washer and dryer for use. The condo has Ecobee contolled central AC/ Heat and Hue controlled cabinet lighting. My rooftop has an absolutely stunning view of downtown and is easily accessible. There is no elevator in the building.
The condo is across the street from Pete's Fresh Market (grocery store), post office and is only 3 blocks away from 290 expressway and blue line train. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat in the area along with banks, Walgreens near by. There is plenty of street parking in front and just north of my building. It is only an 8 minute walk to the United Center.
The cost is $1,400/month which includes all utilities, internet and Fire Stick t.v. The pictures don't truly show how beautiful of a condo this really is. Looking for at least a 6 month lease. You will have to pay a room deposit totalling the first months rent. Available immediately because someone canceled their move in last minute.
