Small unfurnished room in a 4BR apartment. Fits a double bed and has a large standing closet. Walk-up building, only 1 flight up.
The apartment is older — not renovated or fancy — just being transparent. Great location: N & R trains 7 mins away, 15 mins to Manhattan, Citi Bike half a block away, laundromats, supermarkets, bars, and gyms all nearby.
We share kitchen and bathroom.
Layout note: It’s a railroad-style apartment. To access the common area, you’ll need to step into the hallway and re-enter through the main entrance.
We all work in hospitality and keep busy schedules. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, values privacy, not loud, and pays rent on time (non-negotiable).
