****We’re looking for someone clean, courteous, responsible, easy-going, drama-free that does their part of the chores on time without any hassle, cleans up after themselves and doesn’t bring the party home. **** No broker's fee. $710.00 a month + utilities + $25 every 2 wks for cleaning person. No bicycles, pets, smoking, subletting, candles or any open flame allowed.
