Room description
Two story condo. 5 min drive to csuf . It’s 3 bedrooms . You would share a bathroom with 25m. There are 3 bathrooms so you would also have a half bath downstairs. Come and go as you please guests are fine. I follow the Big Bang rule guest staying 5 days in a row or more they are considered living there , 3 weekends in a given month or 10 days in a given month considered living there and rent for two in a room 1280. One to a room 980. Utilities are covered other than electric. I’ll pay the first $136 but after that it’s split between tenants. It could be 10
