Room description
I am Looking for a female to rent a private room in my 1008 sq ft home. You will be the only roommate. We will share kitchen, living room, bathroom, finished basement with entertainment area for the hot summer months. The house has central air also washer and dryer available for use. Nice fenced in back yard with patio. This is a month to month lease and rent is $800 per month due on the first every month security deposit is $800. You would be responsible for the gas bill per month. I will provide WIFI and will cover electric, water, sewage and trash removal. Housekeeping for common area’s is included by myself and is included in the rent provided you clean up after yourself. I don’t drive so you have access to the driveway and the garage would be included in your rent. I live a quiet life not a party person, looking for someone who is quiet and has a 9-5 type of schedule. I have two cats who are really friendly, I hope you like cats. It’s a safe neighborhood with a lot of parks. Easy access to highways. Seven Minutes (3.3 miles) too Eastern Michigan University. Thank you Linda
