Room description
My husband and I are in dire need of a tenant to rent one of our two extra available bedrooms. We just got our first townhome together and only currently need one of the bedrooms, and absolutely need assistance financially so we are offering this amazing opportunity to someone in need of a safe and comfortable room at an amazing price.
Every single utility is included. We pay electric, heat, water, sewage, garbage, even internet high speed through Xfinity. It's great service, very fast! No issues so far with them as a provider. We will even supply meals, I love cooking for people and we have no issue sharing our groceries if it helps someone in need.
We are looking simply for someone in need of a safe home that's responsible and trustworthy. We do NOT do any background checks or credit checks. We do not believe that accurately represents a person's character or ability to succeed. I personally have been turned down so many times due to a credit score and I refuse to put someone in need through that! 😊
You'd have access to our kitchen and bathroom. Both are very large!! Lots of space for each. Oven, fridge, microwave, new appliances and hardware in kitchen and bathroom. No bathtub but there's a stand up shower. There's a basement as well, its not finished but works very well for storage purposes!
The garage is right next door, private and secured with a master lock. We'd provide you a key so you can park your car in there or store items safely, but there's also a small private parking lot on site for us and our immediate neighbors. You may choose to utilize either one!
We are very compatible with people of all kinds, do not discriminate whatsoever and value our privacy so we'd return the favor to you and value/respect yours as well. We are very down to earth people just looking to start a new life together and maintain a successful healthy happy lifestyle!
Smoking is fine, please just keep a window open when doing so. If you have pets that's also fine, cat or dog or any other pet is fine we just would require a small fee in addition to the monthly rent to cover possible damages. 50 extra for each pet per month. Otherwise, you pay absolutely nothing extra on top of rent ever!!
800 per month is the rent. We want to start our tenant out on a 3 month term lease. So we require security deposit (which you'd get back in full when you decide to move out as long as everything is in proper order/condition still) and the full 3 months rent. That way, all 3 months are secured and paid for. At the end of the 3 month term, we can reassess if both parties are satisfied with how things are going and proceed to extend the lease. The lease will be very simple, just a basic agreement to be respectful and responsible and pay in full before moving in. So, to move in the total cost will be 3200. (Security + 3 months) If for some reason you cannot pay the full 3200 up front, we can make an arrangement. We are flexible and understand how difficult the times are.
