there are currently 2 rooms available for rent at this beautiful house with a beautiful view of the city and just down the street from the Main Street Ventura Blvd that has a lot of nice shopping centers nearby and close by the 101 freeway to be able to travel around fast. I personally am looking for a roommate to split 1 room that is half furnished and open to adding more furniture. $600 a month includes, WiFi, access to a restroom and kitchen, and more.
