Room description

I have 3 bedrooms and one private bathroom to rent. I live in the 4th bedroom and have a private bath as well. Laundry, kitchen, WIFI and garage parking for one car are included. I will accept a small dog under 20 lbs. with a $200 deposit. I have a yorkie. The deposit is $500 and is due upon signing of contract. The rent is $1300 a month and is due on the 28th of the previous month. This price also includes all utilities. I have pics but I can't get them to upload to this site.
