Room description
House is in Fountain Valley. We are near the border with Huntington Beach and Westminster. 15 minutes from the beach, Orange Coast College and Goldenwest College.
Room is fully furnished with a twin size bed, comforter, pillow, desk, chair, 43 inch TV and a fridge.
Available for immediate move in.
We prefer male only.
Absolutely no smoking, vaping or drugs.
No pets or couples.
We value peace and quiet and therefore we have quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am everyday. We also don’t allow visitors or guests.
Rent: $1,200/month
Deposit: $1,200
Utilities: $150/month included gas, electric, water, trash and internet. If WFH will have an additional surge charge of $100 on top of rent.
You’ll have kitchen and washer/ dryer privileges.
We have plenty of parking spaces. Can easily park 8 cars on the driveway.
Area is safe and neighbors are nice.
