Hi! I’m looking for a male roommate to join me in an apartment in Watertown MA close to Arsenal Yards and Watertown Square. It’s a 2bd and 2bath and rent is $1,200 before utilities (approx $75-100 each) depending on the season. The lease would be for 12 months July 1st 2023 - June 30th 2024.
