Hi! I’m looking for a room in the Vancouver, WA / Portland area and can move in ASAP.
I have stable income and can reliably pay rent on time. My budget is around $800/month. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with — I keep shared spaces tidy and am mindful of other people’s schedules and boundaries. I’m generally pretty quiet and prefer a calm, drama-free home.
I do have one cat — she’s well-behaved, litter-trained, and I keep everything clean and odor-free. She’s friendly but not disruptive.
