Hi my name is Ezekiel me and my wife have a Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath and we decided this year we were gonna put a bed and furniture in one of the rooms and rent it out we are a clean and very organized couple we keep our home clean and maintained at all times we do work 5 days a week 8:30-7Pm and do go to gym Every Tuesday so house is Pretty much quiet most of the time and this a calm and quiet house hold no parties or any of that type of stuff goes on this is a non smoking home no age requirements and rent is month to month rent is 500$ a month and security deposit is 260$ all utilities are included in rent if you are interested in this room please do not hesitate to contact me room will go fast to first renter interested
