A very elegant private bedroom with a shared bathroom and kitchen and breakfast space in beautiful peaceful house. It is very centrally located between downtown and airport providing easy access to major highway around. There are plenty of malls, supermarkets, cinema, recreations and eating places around once you get on highways. The house is like a nice holiday home with couple landscapes and hills arounds. Its a good for students and working people and holiday makers.
The space :: The house has central gas heating and A/C with washer & dyer. During winters the temperature is set to 70F
Guest access :: Kitchen, breakfast area, hallway, bathroom, laundry room and powder room are the shared areas of the house.
During your stay :: Plenty of parking available off the street and there is no public transportation. The house is very centrally located between downtown and airport providing easy access to major highway around. The bedroom has lock from inside.
Other things to note
Simple rules to be followed in the house :: No high volume in the rooms.Footwear is left near the entrance of the house and not be used inside the house. No Pets and No Party and No Guests.
