Safe quiet neighborhood, refurbished home everything modern, with cherry hardwood floors, wifi, washer dryer, off street parking. Near freeway, coffee shops, shopping centers, theaters, several gyms, and more. Backyard has a pergola, with comfortable furniture, much greenery and chirping birds for peaceful relaxation time. Hot tub and television. Most neighbors have been here for many years and we all keep an eye out for one another. Street light is directly over my driveway so vehicles are always easily seen. Very safe neighborhood.
