Room description
Looking for a roommate with no animals, preferably someone in the medical field.
Room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, two end tables, tv, full fridge/freezer combo, and has two closets. It’s fully private on the second floor, which we don’t use so basically a studio apartment. The bedroom is pretty large and has a separate sitting room attached. There is also a private bathroom attached since it’s technically the master bedroom.
Shared laundry and kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Very nice safe neighborhood in Sylvania township (suburb) with security system and outdoor cameras.
Near 475/23/75, University of Toledo, Toledo Botanical Gardens, Wildwood, and Franklin Park Mall. Flower Hospital is 8 mins away, The Toledo Hospital is 13 mins away, and Mercy Saint Vincent Medical Center is 18 minutes away.
Utilities included, have wireless fiber internet and possibly can share streaming apps/cable.
I have a family with small children, so looking for someone who respects that and can be trusted.
Have 2 cats one is very friendly and the other you most likely won’t see.
