Room description
My former roommate got an offer to move back home and be near his kid and he took it, just didnt say anything until basically end of the month.
The rent is 850 for a single person, 950 for two. The rent includes internet, electricity etc. There is parking available, unit comes with a w/d, its a shared living space for the bathroom and everywhere else.
The bedroom offered is the larger of the two.
The apartment is near transit, and driving wise is within reach of Washington Square in less then five minutes.
