My room for rent is 305located in the 905exclusive 8951area of West Kendall in a gated condominium with security 24/7. The room is furnished with a queen bed, cable TV, a small fridge, access to WIFI internet, a big closet, a study table with chair to study or work, and a parking garage. The bathroom is shared with one person only (a family member). Water and electricity are included. The club house has a gym, a beautiful pier, and a big pool. There is also a tennis court inside the condominium and a public park across the street. The condo is surrounded by beautiful lakes. It's located close to many attractions like the Metro Zoo, The Kendall Executive Airport, and the Gold Coast Railroad Museum. Shopping centers like Walmart, Costco, and chain restaurants are very close by. The room has everything. No deposit required.

La habitación está amueblada con una cama queen, televisión con cable, una pequeña nevera, acceso a internet WIFI, un closet grande, una mesita de estudio con silla para estudiar o trabajar y un estacionamiento para su carro. El baño se comparte solo con una persona (un familiar). El agua y la luz están incluidos. La casa club cuenta con gimnasio, un hermoso muelle y una gran piscina a los cuales se tiene acceso. También hay una cancha de tenis dentro del condominio y un parque público al otro lado de la calle.
El condominio está rodeado de hermosos lagos. La habitacion esta ubicada cerca de muchas atracciones como el Metro Zoo, el Aeropuerto Ejecutivo de Kendall y el Museo del Ferrocarril Gold Coast. Centros comerciales como Walmart, Costco y cadenas de restaurantes están muy cerca tambien. La habiatcion lo tiene todo. No se pide deposito.
