A very pretty, cute, pristine, completely furnished room for one female including your own private balcony and spacious closet is available for a colleague who is also a fellow college-degreed, salaried, full-time, employed outside-the-home business professional with a car. If you work from home, this rental is not amenable.

The former model home is located near safe, beautiful, and vibrant downtown Thousand Oaks in a newer, quiet, upscale townhouse complex of other professionals.🌙🏡🌴🏠🌳

The lease includes hi-speed internet, a laundry room in-house near the room, use of a vacuum if you want, and of course, full house privileges.

Lite kitchen use.

$50 toward utilities: gas, electricity, water, wi-fi, trash, housecleaning, gardener, etc.

A compatible housemate is someone who is always rent-punctual, mature, responsible and honest; and knows how to keep the room, bathroom, common areas, and kitchen clean after use because we keep our place always very neat, clean, organized and tidy for everyone to enjoy✨.

This household supports and works well for someone focused on a goal of ascending in their career.

We want our roomie to feel at home, relaxed, and to feel comfortable and free to be honest and open to communicate if they’re bothered, worried, or concerned about anything (instead of being passive-aggressive and making the vibe weird and awkward, lol🐶). 🤝

(Firm rules: This is a positively NO pets, smoking/vaping, boozing, drug use, pot, parties, drama❌ or night visitors household, please. No exceptions; Thanx! 😉)
