My name is Bryce Mixon. I am moving out of a wonderful house in Temple City. I live with two ladies, who work in the film industry. I need to find someone to take over the lease by October first.
The house is three bedrooms, two bath, two living room, dining room, dining nook, kitchen, and three backyards. It's totally a steal. Room is large with one walk in closet, and one sliding door closet. Biggest room in house.
