Room description
female/w, have a three bedroom, two bath, den, living room, kitchen. I work downtown. I have lived in Nashville my entire life. Have had several roommates over the past ten years. Enjoy meeting new people. I am renting the room for 650 a month it includes everything, including utilities. Looking for female roommates only. Have two dogs so looking for a pet friendly roommates you would share the bath with the other female roommate. I have my own I work for the Davidson County Sheriff’s Department, so know that you would be safe here. Looking for someone to commit at least six months I don’t require you to sign a lease just to give me a 30 day notice when you’re ready to move. I do require $100 deposit which is refunded when you move as long as the room looks like it did when you moved in.
