Room description

I am searching for a responsible, clean, & employed roommate. You MUST be able to pass our landlord's background check & employment verification. You will submit an application to the landlords once I approve of you in order to move in. Rent, utilities, & wifi are all evenly split. Utilities are about $50-$80 a month depending on usage, wifi is $32 a month For couples Rent will be increased to $850 You will have a parking spot within the parking garage. Unfortunately no pets of any kind are permitted by the landlords.

The room is empty, the pictures were taken with furniture in order to show how big it is. I do have an extra Twin XL mattress if needed
