Room description
Hello! The room is a furnished bedroom located near Sawgrass Mills Mall. Included in the rental fee of 1000/month is the room, utilities(water, electricity, wifi), and shared access to a large kitchen, living room, dryer/washer, and pool. Those looking to rent a room should be willing to not smoke inside the house. First and last month’s rent is required. Potential renters must be willing to provide proof of income and may be subject to a background check.
There are currently three people living at the house - Kevin(myself), David, and Nerio. We all work during the day and have fairly quiet evenings.
