SILVER ROOM - A modern room in upscale neighborhood. A huge 4,000 sqft home, comes furnished with queen bed, memory foam mattress, 55in Smart TV, work desk with floor lamp, and ceiling fan. Bathroom is shared (separate sinks) with a Retired International Flight Attendant (F). The house sits on a 0.5 acre corner lot. It has a fireplace; two living spaces; and a loft.
AMENITIES include gas cooktop; oven; and microwave. All basic essentials for cooking/sleeping are also included as well as utilities, wifi, portable ac unit, and two central heat and air units.
Washer and dryer are located inside the house. Also included is a nice relaxing patio with a large chimnea as well as a charcoal bbq grill.
