I have an opening in my five bedroom house in University City. The available room is $700 a month and it as well as the rest of the entire house is fully furnished from top to bottom. You need nothing more than a suitcase to move in here.
The house is incredibly accessible. We are extremely close to subways and buses which can have you in and out of center city in no time at all. We are not in Center City. but we are within central Philadelphia and in is a safe and clean neighborhood with grocery stores, pharmacies and even a wine and spirits AND a beer distributer less than a couple blocks away, which if you're from the Philadelphia area you should recognize as a rarity.
The house itself is a gem if I may say so myself. A lot of love has gone into it. There is a big screen plasma in the living room with a home theater system that anyone can connect to. There is plenty of seating so it's great for entertaining or hanging with the roommies. There is a large dining room table that is great for studying, dinner parties or beer pong. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Dishes, glassware, pots and pans, flatware, Tupperware, small appliances and there is of course a dishwasher and microwave. There is a private driveway out back with video surveillance that you can monitor from your phone. The house has 3.5 bathrooms as well as a washer/dryer and roof deck complete with a patio furniture and a grill.
I am incredibly selective about who I let live in my house. I will allow a room to sit empty for months before I put the wrong person in it. The house embraces a work hard, play hard, work harder mentality. I hope to find mature individuals who are looking for a social environment and desire to make meaningful connections with the people they live with. Over the last ten years I've had a lot of well accomplished individuals reside in my house. What most have had in common is ambition and dedication to their career paths. I've found the most effective way to get tenant's to take each others schedules and responsibilities seriously is to find tenants that value their own.
